Stephen Hall is a freelance ocean science, policy and technology professional with over 30 years of experience, providing consultancy services to international clients including The Nippon Foundation and GEBCO Seabed 2030 project, UNESCO Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission, and the Rising Seas Institute. Stephen spent 27 years at the National Oceanography Centre and it's precursor institutions specialising in climate change, tsunami warning systems, leading the UK delegation to UNESCO IOC, and liaison with G7.
