An iteration workbook with inspiring activities, cases, and tools for innovation. This new edition of the workbook used by Stanford University undergraduate and graduate students instills students with the iterative loop mindset that has been practiced in Silicon Valley for over forty years. It is appropriate for a diverse range of disciplines including business, design, and engineering. Inside are: Activities: Improve student's understanding of iteration through doing. Cases: A diverse group of quick cases, including medical devices, architecture, game controllers, Renaissance idea sketching, and website design. The workbook guides students or teams through the application of the iterative loop to solve problems (assigned or self generated). Students complete activities within a mapped four page section; at a glance, both the instructor and the student can review a project's progress. Flip the workbook over to use the latter half as a project journal. The journal pages provide students with space to explore their own style for problem solving as well as a more detailed tracking of their progress.
