The 1960s
Nathaniel Harris was born in London and educated at University College, Oxford. He taught and worked in publishing before becoming a full-time writer. His many books on history and the arts include studies of the 1960s and the Cuban Missile Crisis. Jacqueline Laks Gorman was born in Brooklyn, NY and educated at Barnard College and Columbia University. She worked as a book editor in New York before becoming a writer of information books for young readers. She now lives in DeKalb, IL.
