Earth observation data policy has received limited attention, even though the conditions of access to Earth observation data are fundamental to the exploitation of Earth observation data and the further growth of the Earth observation sector. This unique book addresses this limitation.Earth Observation Data Policy and Europe (EOPOLE) sponsored by the European Commission's Framework IV Programme.
