Robert Heller is a former General Manager, Casino Manager and casino Operations Director who holds key employee gaming licenses in Nevada, New Jersey, Iowa and Mississippi. He opened the first barge casino on the Mississippi Gulf coast, the first two American publicly owned casinos in Argentina, the largest casino in South America, Triennium in Buenos Aires, and the iconic Carrasco Casino in Montevideo, Uruguay named "top new American overseas resort destination" by Conde Nast travel magazine. Mr. Heller dealt and supervised all the major casino games.
