'Quinn' tracks the fictional establishment of the U.S. 8th army's first post WWII criminal investigation detachment in Yokohama, Japan. Hastily assembled of a small military contingent, it finds it must largely improvise while relying on the support and cooperation of Japanese police, recently released foreign national internees and a motley collection of unskilled but otherwise willing Japanese.
