Tracey Power Hilborn is a writer, creative publisher, and the founder of The Curiosity Cabinet Press, an independent publishing imprint dedicated to strange stories, lyrical prompts, and the quiet magic found in forgotten corners. After years in the corporate world, Tracey returned to the kind of storytelling that lingers-books filled with unusual doorways, poetic language, and gentle mysteries. Her writing style blends Southern warmth, quiet wonder, and imaginative exploration. She writes for those who see stories in old keys, scribbled margins, and almost-whispers. She believes inspiration doesn't always shout-it often knocks softly, then waits. Her first book, Let the Story Find You, is a lyrical writing prompt journal crafted for writers, journalers, and curious creatives. With poetic prompts and space to write, it invites readers into an immersive, atmospheric creative experience. The book is the first in a growing line of creative tools and literary works released through The Curiosity Cabinet Press.

Tracey lives in Texas with her husband, a constantly evolving collection of projects, and grandsons who already know that drawers might open on their own if you listen closely. She writes best in the middle of the night, when the house is quiet, and the tea is sweet. That's when the ideas knock softly and the drawer handles warm in her hand. When not writing or designing strange and beautiful books, Tracey is developing a series of poetic guides, Southern folklore projects, and imaginative works inspired by public domain literature, mythology, and regional storytelling. Her imprint aims to publish not only original works, but also prompt books, reimagined classics, and strange literary treasures-books that don't fit easily into genre boxes, but absolutely belong on the shelf. This is her first book under the Cabinet's light, but certainly not the last. The keys have only just begun to turn.
