"Coffee with the Pastor" is a series of books born out of one pastor's desire to have longer, deeper conversations about the Bible. These long discussions are not normally possible in the foyer following church services. Therefore, the conversational tone and flow of each reading is designed to help the reader become increasingly comfortable with the Word of God. Prayerfully, the end result will be a deeper understanding of what God's Word has to say and how it should affect a person's daily life.This particular "Coffee with the Pastor" book focuses on the three Epistles written by the Apostle John. Known as the "disciple whom Jesus loved," John writes to us about a love that overcomes our sinful patterns and changes the world around us. He shows us that sin and failure are not inevitable, and we can truly walk in the light of Christ. John calls us to a higher level of understanding and a better way of life.
