John Himmelman is a long-time author and illustrator of award winning children's books. His work spans many genres; natural history, science, fantasy, and just plain humor, the latter present in much of the former. He is also a martial artist who co-founded a Green Hill Martial Arts in Connecticut. The Bunjitsu Bunny series feature *rabbity* representations of some of his students.
