An award winning artist, and a self proclaimed "professional volunteer", Karen Hines spent years volunteering in a small Texas town where she and her husband were raising their children. She helped organize local art fairs, cancer fundraisers, and the annual Christmas parade. After becoming an "empty nester" Karen decided to finish a project that she started when her children were young "Frank, The Bull Ridin' Frog".
