This 90,000-word non-fiction account of my pursuits and interactions with celebrities is a joy to unfold. It is, in short story form, the recounts of my attempts, both successful and not, to get famous individuals to sign the almighty autograph. And I have obtained many a signature in my 30 years of work, and have an appealing story to go with each. Additionally, the places alone that I have been also bring about enchanting reading. As an example, I have been in Ken Griffey Jr.’s house, car, garage and swimming pool. I have even been in social settings with him on more than one occasion, and seen the undying attempts to get the autograph from his perspective. I have also been in Tiger Wood’s golf cart.
Plus, I even had the privilege of providing a ride, to the team hotel, for Moses Malone and Willie ‘Cadillac’ Anderson, who missed their team bus after a game! Conversely, I have been asked to leave hotel elevators by Jerry Rice and Emmitt Smith. I have had the security called on me by Hank Aaron and Frank Robinson. Finally, the legendary Don Shula has also verbally assaulted me, in front of about a 1,000 paying donators to The Boys and Girls Clubs of America! So come along…read about my colorful history, which some could certainly label as an obsession.
