Seth Howes is assistant professor of German in the Department of German and Russian Studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia. In 2013, while visiting assistant professor at Oakland University, he joined the Deutsch heute author team and contributed information for instructors regarding the ACTFL standards for foreign language learning.
