Matthew Hudson started as a part-time sales associate in Sear's in 1983. He has opened over 400 stores, been a Director of Stores for a 3,000 employee, $700M chain, a COO of a 17 store, $70M chain and even owned his own 4-store chain in Fort Worth, Texas. He has won many awards for his retail efforts through the years and is widely considered a corporate culture and sales training expert.
