Meet AJ Murillo, a master of mindfulness and a psychological engineer, who has dedicated her life to helping others overcome trauma and achieve spiritual awakening. Growing up in an insidious world with two narcissistic parents, AJ had to relearn everything she knew about herself and her reality due to her unhealthy upbringing. Her journey to heal and find her true self felt like a mysterious path through the mind until she learned everything about the human mind from the inside out.Through her studies in alchemy, holistic medicine, and psychology, AJ mastered her mind and discovered the truth of how simple life can be with this knowledge. She knew that stumbling across this knowledge was no accident, but her destiny. Being a writer was a perfect fit for AJ to share this knowledge with those who also sought it out and were destined to find their own calling during this lifetime.AJ is grateful to share her passion for trauma healing and spiritual awakening with the world.
