The third in a series of guides to the beaches of Cornwall covers the area between the Helford River and Gorran Haven on the south Cornish coast. It includes Cornwall's major port, Falmouth, the Fal Estuary, and the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. Three photographs of every beach are provided, as well as a description and details of any available amenities. To give the reader a fuller appreciation of the area the histories of the beaches are explored and any legends associated with them recounted.
