Tommy Jessop (Author) Tommy Jessop is a multi-award-winning actor. He was the first professional actor with Down syndrome to play a leading role in a primetime TV drama, BBC1' s BAFTA nominated Coming Down the Mountain and the first to play Hamlet . He is perhaps best-known for his role in Line of Duty . He recently led Panorama' s hard-hitting documentary, ' Will the NHS Care for Me? ' Tommy is an ambassador for Mencap and an active campaigner for people with learning disabilities. Carolina Rabei (Illustrator) Carolina Rabei is an illustrator with a BA in Graphic Design, and a distinction in the MA in Children' s Book Illustration from the prestigious Cambridge School of Art.
