Bishop Kevin A. Johnson is a born-again worshiper of God. He is a native of the Bahamas and is the son of Samuel Johnson (deceased) and Ms. Maud Dorcas Stubbs. Bishop Johnson is married to Asenath Johnson and they have been blessed with five (5) beautiful children; whose names are Zoe, Rachel, Sarah, Benjamin and David. He lives in Smyrna, Tennessee and is the Bishop of Word of Life Family Worship Center, located in Lavergne, TN. He is the Director of The Homiletics Academy; and a Senior Lecturer for Bachelor and Master Degree Students at Berea Theological University.Bishop Kevin Johnson has a B.
A. degree in Theology, with a minor in Pastoral Studies. He graduated 'Magna Cum Laude' from the American Baptist Theological Seminary in 1997, with two "Who's Who" among students in American Universities & Colleges. He also received special Recognition, for outstanding service, by Governor Don Sundquist; a former governor of the state of Tennessee, on January 15th, 1997.He is the God-inspired author of these books: "Sabotage", "Dust Collector", "Finish Me" and "Spirit Formed". These books were inspired, in order to produce transformative spiritual change in the lives of people. Bishop Kevin Johnson is The Director & Lecturer of The Homiletics Academy at Berea Theological University, Nassau, The Bahamas. He has developed a special training course for the impactful development of Preachers of The Gospel of Jesus Christ called, 'MOPA' (Ministry of Preaching Acclimation).
Bishop Johnson believes that God, by His Holy Spirit, has given spiritual gifts and physical talents to His people of faith. However, it is the responsibility of these people of faith to use His gifts and talents for the expressed purposed of promoting the gospel of Jesus Christ, strengthening the Church and impacting the sinful world with the miraculous power of God.
