Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Holly E. Jones draws inspiration from her small-town childhood and writes in a style that's intended to be somewhere between Judy Blume and Tom Bodett.Jones is a wife of one and mother of three who holds a B.A. in English and a Professional Writing Certification from Washington State University. She spent her early career in television broadcasting, producing Emmy-nominated local promotions and programming in Spokane, Washington. She also did time as an advertising copywriter before returning to her roots, writing jokes for radio, articles for the local newspaper, and made-up, far-fetched stories. At the time this story was written, Holly was on staff at Gonzaga University.
