Sophie Anne Jones records her own dreams every day, Sophie started to learn to record her dreams in 2014 when she discovered from a roommate she slept talk.Trying to record her own dreams led Sophie to create a journal with all the key statistics she wished to record to further enhance her dreaming. Sophie then turnt this knowledge into the Dream Journal Workbook.Sophie lives in Devon, UK and her aim in life is to become an Oneironaut after having a huge fully conscious vivid spontaneous out of body experiences one night in August 2015 where she went into the Superconsciousness.Sophie has been having spontaneous Out of Body experiences as far back as she can remember.
