I was listed as one of The Bosses of The Decade by Jet Magazine alone with the likes of Berry Gordy, Cathy Hughes, Bob Johnson, Quincy Jones and others. This list of trailblazing entertainment power players has made history and billions in the entertainment industry. I have amassed over 2 billion dollars in record sales cumulatively over the course of my career; maximizing the operating performance of organizations and helping them to achieve their financial goals is my strong suit. I was also honored as "An American Icon" by Rep. Shelia Jackson-Lee at the U.S. House of Representatives for my many contribution and service to the music industry. In other ventures, I am one of only two African Americans to have ownership of a car entrant into the prestigious Indianapolis "INDY 500" race.

I went from working in a record store, holding a job as a DJ in my hometown, to the upper echelons of the Music, Film, and Entertainment Industries, my distinguished career spans over 30 years. I am an Entertainment Business professional that has collaborated with many of America's top music recording artist and groups. I have worked with Will Smith, R. Kelly, Marvin Sapp, John P. Kee, Joe, Will Downing, Salt n Pepa, Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond and Donnie Mc Clurkin to name a few. I have collected more gold and platinum records than can be displayed on walls of my home. I have worked in a variety of capacities within the music and entertainment industry.
