Anjali Joshi is a science teacher, curriculum developer, and children's book author. A lifelong learner, Anjali is currently a master of science candidate at the University of Oxford, researching the effective implementation of STEM education in the K-8 classroom. She lives in Toronto, Canada, with her husband and two boys. Pranami Bora is a self-taught illustrator based in northern Italy. She was born in a small town in Assam, a state in northeast India known for its natural beauty and rich cultural diversity. The vibrant cultures and landscapes she grew up with continue to be her biggest artistic influences. Pranami has loved drawing since childhood. While she went on to earn a PhD in Computational Biology, she never let go of her creative side.

In 2022, after the birth of her twin daughters, she reconnectedwith her own childhood and discovered her true passion in children's illustration.
