Convert Operations begins with a US Army Special Forces, covert operation in the mountains between Afghanistan and Pakistan, to capture or kill Osama bin Laden following the horrific events of September 11th, 2001. The situation provides the setting for an unlikely bond between a CIA hired Afghani guide, Ahmad Khali and Corporal Bill Barton of Delta Team Copperhead. Their intense, but short weeks together, lead to open conversations on contrasting culture, society and religion.
