Kelly Knox taught Painting, Art History, Theater History, Acting and Humanities for ten years at three small schools in the Mohave Desert. Knox has always viewed teaching as an essential part of his own process as an artist. His students have ranged in age from their mid-teens to their seventies and eighties. While most of his students have been avid hobbyists or enthusiasts, several of his students have gone on to successful careers in the arts and art-related fields.Knox has recently returned to The Desert, where he currently resides, continues to pursue his career in the arts. Knox has a Master's Degree in Humanities (2004) and a Bachelor's Degree in Drama (1981).
