Marilyn Laiken is Professor of Adult Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, and Chair of the Workplace Learning and Change Specialization. She is also President of Laiken Associates, a Toronto consulting firm which has served over a hundred organizations since 1974 in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
