Professor Conrad Lashley is a research fellow at the Academy of International Hospitality Research at the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. He is editor for Taylor Francis' Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism series of books, editor emeritus for the Hospitality Society Journal, as well as co-editor for Research in Hospitality Management. He is the author or editor of twenty books, including In Search of Hospitality; theoretical perspectives and debates, and Hospitality: a social lens. Michael N. Chibili is a senior lecturer at the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. He holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Yaound, Cameroon, and a Master of Arts in International Service Management from CHN/London Metropolitan University. He is a researcher at the Academy of International Hospitality Research of Stenden University of Applied Sciences. He is also respectively author, co-author, and editor of the recent Noordhoff Uitgevers publications Basic Management Accounting for the Hospitality Industry, Hospitality Experience, and Modern Hotel Operations Management.
