Warren Peace has tried to put his troubled past behind him, so he works at night, repossessing gravestones. But a series of handbills pasted to the lampposts on his street draws Warren into a relationship with his beautiful neighbour and to confront a corrupt mining industry - one that drove him from his home and has wreaked havoc ever since.
