Dr. Mark Lee Levine, BS, JD, PAP, Ph.D., LLM, is a full professor and has been at the University of Denver since 1975. He served as director of the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at University of Denver's Daniels College of Business for close to 20 years. Dr. Levine has been a Fulbright Scholar three times - twice in China and once in UAE. He holds many designations, including CCIM, CIPS, CLU, ChFC, ALC, CPM, CRE, CRS, MAI, SRS, GRI, DREI, Dipl.


FIABCI, FIREC, FRICS, RECS, SREA, SRI, TRC, GAA.Dr. Levine is one of the foremost experts in the U.S. on American and international real estate. He has traveled as an international delegation leader to locations throughout the world, and has taught in over 100 countries.Philip Feigin, Esq., is a senior partner at the newly formed Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP, practicing in both the firm's Denver and Tucson offices.


Feigin began in private practice with predecessor Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP in 2000, after 20 years as a state securities regulator, 10 of which as Colorado's Securities Commissioner. During his time as a regulator, he held prominent roles in the North American Securities Administrators Association, Washington, DC. His practice is focused on federal and state securities and commodities law, advising investment advisers, broker-dealers, banks, hedge funds, issuers and precious metals retailers. He also serves as an expert witness in criminal, civil and regulatory matters all across the country. Feigin is a professor of securities law at the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona and a contributor to the Thomson Reuters/West treatise, Blue Sky Law.
