In the fallout of a nuclear war, the world is controlled by the New World Order. Max is a marginalized citizen of this socialist society living in the year 2054. He has a low social credit score and has been diagnosed with Toxic Masculinity Behavior Syndrome. Because of this, the government has sterilized Max and removed many of his social privileges. But, when a routine satellite mission goes wrong, Max falls into the hands of a terrorist organization known as ALL. Helmed by John Larsen-a tech tycoon turned insurgent-ALL plots to wage unconventional war against the government and carve out sovereign territory. Max is swept into the conflict and must choose sides in the battle for both territory and the soul of humanity while reconciling himself to the prospect of yet another nuclear war.
