A little over forty two years have passed in the blink of any eye. One moment, and a few words can break a heart, and leave scars for years to come. Scars that may never heal. This book revisits life through the eyes of a child. Cherished moments, friendships, & family, heartbreak, adultery, abuse and abandonment. There are people that fill your heart with love and laughter, and leave this world a better place just because of the way they lived and the way they treated you. Then there are people who seek to destroy you, they are filled with hate, depression, & anger. There are details in life that we miss as a child.

As an adult, these details are brought to light. Perhaps things have always been the same, it's the perspective that has changed. Faith and love are two things in life that no one can take away from you, no matter how hard they try. God can get you through any situation that you face in life, but all it takes is a little faith in him. He can close doors that no man can open and yet he can open doors which no man can shut. This books is a window into my life and I hope that my story inspires you to love everyone like you would want to be loved, and pray to God in all things and all situations, never lose faith, never give up and never lose hope.
