Hervé de Carmoy is chairman of Almatis (formerly Alcoa Specialty Chemicals). He was elected European deputy chairman of the Trilateral Commission in 2004 and served as chairman of the French Group of the Commission. Thérèse Delpech is director of strategic studies at the Atomic Energy Commission of France and senior research fellow at CERI (Fondation Nationale des Sciences Politiques). She is also the French commissioner at the UN for the disarmament of Iraq (UNMOVIC), and member of the IISS Council as well as of RAND Europe's Advisory Board. She served as advisor to the French prime minister for politico-military affairs (1995--1997). She also served as permanent consultant to the Policy Planning Staff, French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1991-1995).
Chung Min Lee is a visiting professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He is a member of the Advisory Committee, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade; the National Emergency Planning Commission; and the Republic of Korea Air Force. He has also served as an adviser to the Republic of Korea National Security Council Secretariat (1999-2001). Henry Kissinger is chairman of Kissinger Associates, Inc., an international consulting firm. He was Secretary of State from 1973 to 1977, serving under Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. He also served as Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs from 1969 to 1975.
