To heal from a broken relationship, Seattleite Susan Jensen moves to Willow Beach, Washington, to house-sit for Abby Wren while she's on a cruise. Susan will also restore Abby's Victorian home to its formal splendor. Robert Beresford, architect and Abby's nephew, travels from New York to Willow Beach to replace older homes, including Abby's, with modern condos. He also is recovering from a broken relationship. Although at first, they keep their distance, Robert and Susan soon find themselves attracted to each other. But with their opposing goals, how can they possibly forge a romantic relationship?.
