Michelle Leggott's fourth published collection of poetry. It continues her exploration of sonnet form, and explores further the themes of romantic love, being mother and daughter, and the poet's responses to losing here eyesight. Nine groups of poems are interspersed with black and white images (mostly woodblocks). Leggott's 1994 'Dia' won the NZ Book Award for Poetry.
