Sharon Lomas is a designer, writer and natural candle maker who lives in the Lake District, UK. She holds a degree in English & Politics and an Interior Design Diploma. For for the last three years has been a contributor to Cumbria Life magazine sharing the benefits of Biophilic Design. A seventeen-year career in Media in Manchester left Sharon feeling stressed, exhausted, and creatively unfulfilled. She quit her job in 2013, sold her home and escaped to the countryside. It was here that she first felt the healing power of nature and her journey into biophilic design first began.
