" A Great Day at the Zoo was was written with inspiration from my nephew who really likes animals. He often watches Animal Planet and other animal-related shows. He loves books and movies with talking animals. I took him to see the movie Zookeeper . After seeing that movie, I had to take him to the Zoo. I can only imagine that he felt like the main character Dennis in this book as he took the tour. I liked how his face lit up as he saw the animals. This story is the Dennis version of his trip to the zoo.
