Seth MacFarlane , a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, is a writer, director, producer, singer, comedian, animator, actor and voice actor (to name just a few of his occupations). He is the creator of the television show Family Guy and co-creator of American Dad and The Cleveland Show , for which he also voices many of the shows' various characters. The 'Family Guy empire' is valued at $2 billion, and is one of the most watched, streamed and downloaded television shows. MacFarlane is also the executive producer of Dads , a live-action sitcom debuting this week on Fox. As a singer, MacFarlane has performed at venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Royal Albert Hall and released an album of American standards, Music Is Better Than Words , in 2011. Ted , starring MacFarlane, Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis, was his feature-length directorial debut. A sequel is in the works.
