The Road to Hell. I had run out of friends, laughter, health, dreams, sanity . time. My life was eroding before my eyes and I had become my own worst enemy, believing I was hopeless, a failure, and incapable of redemption. Wanting to change but unable to climb out of my Hell, all I could do was utter "God help me!" Those words changed my life.
