This booklet was originally written for the families of the victims of the 9/11 attacks. Through generous donations of several companies, over 15,000 were donated to groups in New York City, Washington DC and other affected areas. We have now revised the book to speak to any family who will not be viewing a body because of tragic circumstances or personal choice. This will be perfect for military chaplains, airline family support services, ministers, police and funeral industry professionals.
