Peter Marino, professional musician, producer and nationally respected educator has professional credits that span the national scene including "The Lion King" on Broadway, performances at Lincoln Center and with various Grammy award winning artists. Peter has produced concerts for greats such as YoYo Ma, Andre' Watts, Emmanual Ax; as well as for Jazz legends Randy Brecker, Jon Faddis, and Ellis Marsallis. Peter has worked with some of the top percussionists in the world including Giovanni Hidalgo, Chembo Corniel and Pablo Batista. With degree's in Music Performance and Education, Peter's love of percussion has facilitated the development of his well known educational Wordplay System. Students of all ages have learned the joy of playing percussion with little or no experience. When Peter is not teaching his school-age and adult students, he is an integral part of running music therapy programs for Cancer Wellness centers across Atlanta area hospitals. Peter is also the Artistic Director for the Atlanta Taiko Project.
