Elizabeth Markie is a coach and educator who blends grounded brain science with mindfulness and practical tools to help people find steadiness, clarity, and kinder ways of living. Her work supports a wide range of clients-from college students and entrepreneurs to leaders and individuals in transition-who want to reduce stress, understand their patterns, and respond to life with more choice and care. Elizabeth is trained in NeuroLeadership, is a HeartMath® Resilience Trainer, and is certified as a brain-based coach and brain health coach. As a mindfulness-based behavior change facilitator, she specializes in stress reduction and anxiety. Her work is further shaped by equine-assisted learning-where regulation and presence are practiced in relationship. She is guided by a simple belief: lasting change doesn't come from forcing ourselves-it comes from learning to meet our lives with honesty, awareness, compassion, and practice. She also spent fourteen years as an in-home hospice volunteer and bereavement support counselor-work that deepened her commitment to presence, compassion, and what matters most. Elizabeth works with clients globally through virtual coaching and training, and splits her time between St.
Petersburg, Florida, and the North Carolina foothills.
