In 7th grade, Franklin Marshall was already making his mark by winning a state poetry contest. After attending Vanderbilt University in Nashville majoring in classical guitar, he traveled to California. His expertise and business savvy have also resulted in the development and successful operationof various business startups, including running of a Santa Cruz newspaper for10 years. He's produced 25 documentary films on specialized topics andhistorical subjects while also becoming the founding president of the UnitedNations Silicon Valley Chapter.
