A kid at heart it was easy for Mike to write a children's book from a child's perspective. Inspired by my daughter's work at the local shelter, I wanted to write something fun that would explain the pet adoption process. It was inspired writing. It seem to flow very easy on to the page. With help from my associate editors (kids and grandkids of friends) I was able to find tune the book to the audience. I sincerely hope that the book is helpful as well as entertaining.
