Eduardo Manuel Gil Martinez is a Spanish History fan since several years ago, mainly about World War II and the Reconquista age (Middle Age in Spain). During many years he has been the author of several texts about World War II in Spanish and Italian magazines like "Revista Espanola de Historia Militar" ("Military History Spanish Magazine"), AMARTE, "Ritterkreuz" ("Iron Cross") or "The Axis Forces in World War Two 1939-1945". Always trying to write about matter less known in Spain, he wrote several books and texts about World War II and Middle Age in Spanish and English languages: "Seville Reina y Mora. La Unidad Ezquerra en la batalla de Berln" (about the still very unknown History of all the Spanish soldiers that fought besides the Germans after the return to Spain of the Blue Division and of the Blue Legion), "Breslau 1945. El ltimo bastin del Reich" (about the resistance to the end of the german civilians and soldiers against soviet troops during the last months of the Reich in the city of Breslau, now Wroclaw in Poland), "Fuerzas acorazadas hgaras 1939-45" (about Hungarian armored forces during World War II), "The Spanish in the SS and Wehrmacht, 1994-45. The Ezquerra Unit in the battle of Berlin", "The Bulgarian Air Force in World War II.
