Class Act
Alex and Rebecca both bear scars from former relationships. For Alex it has given him a fear of fortune hunters, for Rebecca a loathing of the landed gentry. When they meet, attraction cuts through their emotive histories, leaving Rebecca angry at her body's betrayal. In a case of life imitating art, Alex finds himself acting the role of a man leading two lives, only to find himself in the same sticky situation in real life. Thinking of Alex as a penniless actor, Rebecca falls for his charms. Meanwhile, Alex becomes buried deep in his lie and doesn't know how to extricate himself without losing the woman he loves.
