Dr. Michael J. Marx, PCC, CPCC, is a faculty member of the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. In addition to his work at the institute, he is involved with coaching ethics on a global scale, leading the International Coach Federation (ICF) Ethics Community of Practice and serving on its Independent Review Board (IRB). He is the president of the Christian Coaches Network International (CCNI), where he leads the organization ethics initiatives.
