It is easy to become confused about who are victims and who are perpetrators of crimes, especially when, in this case, there seem to be too many. A temporary disabled Inspector and a newly promoted Sergeant co-opt a couple of WPC's who 'discover' a computer and office to use, turn over a lot of stones.
