Deanna McFadden is the author of several Classic Starts books, including Little Women , Frankenstein , and Grimm's Fairy Tales . She lives in Toronto, Canada. Scott J. Wakefield graduated from Art Center College of Design and has worked as a freelance illustrator for national children's magazines and major publishers such as Scholastic and McGraw-Hill. His most recent picture books are A Crack in the Night (Story-Express) and Woodchuck Chuck (Envision Books). Scott lives with his family in Aurora, CO.
