Trudy Monti (Trudy Thomas Monteith) is a retired legal assistant who lives in Manchester, Missouri with her husband, Harry Monteith (aka Harry Monti). Trudy served as National Secretary of the Society of American Magicians for 10 years and currently serves as Midwest Regional Vice President of the Society. She is also a Trustee of the S.A.M. Magic Endowment Fund, a position she has held for 25+ years. She was honored with an Associate of the Inner Magic Circle membership by the prestigious Magic Circle of London, England. Trudy and her husband, Harry Monti, are co-founders of the S.
A.M. Magic for Special Education Program and established the Harry and Trudy Monti College Scholarship Fund which to date has awarded 12 college scholarships to young magicians. Trudy is the author, editor, and publisher of long-forgotten publications of historic significance. She is currently researching the history of magic in St. Louis.
