Trudy Monti (Trudy Thomas Monteith) is a retired legal assistant who lives in Manchester, Missouri with her husband, Harry Monteith (aka Harry Monti). Trudy served as National Secretary of the Society of American Magicians for 10 years and currently serves as Trustee of the S.A.M. Magic Endowment Fund, a position she has held for 25+ years. Trudy and her husband, Harry Monti, are co-Founders of the S.A.M.

Magic for Special Education Program and established the Harry and Trudy Monti College Scholarship Fund which to date has awarded 12 college scholarships to young magicians. Trudy is author and editor of long-forgotten publications of historic significance. She is author of "My Magic Moments" journals, Houdini & Me journals, and editor of Houdini's last published book, "The Zanetti Mystery.".
