He is a director of the UK Puzzle Association and a former board member of the World Puzzle Federation, and is the creator of Brained Up, a cutting-edge brain training site. Laura Jayne Ayres is a puzzle writer and researcher. After studying Linguistics at the University of Cambridge, she worked as a playwright before joining Dr. Gareth Moore's puzzle team.
