David Newhardt is one of the best automobile photographers working today and has provided photography for best-selling Motorbooks titles Muscle: America's Legendary Performance Cars , Corvette: Fifty Years , Mustang: Forty Years , Mopar Muscle: Fifty Years , and Shelby Mustang: Racer for the Street . Larry Edsall was snatched away from a career as a daily newspaper sports editor to become motorsports editor at AutoWeek magazine. Before long, he was automotive industry news and motorsports editor, and for most of his 12 years served as the magazine's managing editor. While at AutoWeek, he drove nearly half a million miles evaluating vehicles on four continents.
He left Detroit for Phoenix late in 1999 to help modernize one automotive website, then launched another, iZoom.com. He also writes as a freelance contributor to several automotive and lifestyle publications. Scott Settlemire was twelve years old when he first fell in love with Chevrolet's pony car, Camaro, in September 1966. Thirty years later, he was working for GM as assistant brand manager for Camaro. Today, in retirement, he remains the renowned "Fbodfather," undeniably the world's #1 Camaro enthusiast/historian. Mike Mueller has worked as a freelance automotive journalist and photographer since 1991. A graduate of the University of Illinois' journalism program, Mueller has held staff positions with Automobile Quarterly, Muscle Car Review, and Mustang Monthly .
A lifelong car enthusiast, Mueller has written and provided photography for dozens of automotive books, contributed photos to Collectible Automobile, Esquire, Life, and Men's Journal, and has written articles for Mustang Monthly and Mustang Enthusiast . He resides in Arlington, Texas.
